Incís Films we made a short report about the figure of Iréne Theorin for the new digital magazine The New Barcelona Post, promoted by Foment del Treball. A media about culture, entrepreneurship, innovation and trends, focused on Barcelona and Catalonia.
The Swedish soprano Iréne Theorin illuminated the Gran Teatre del Liceu last December, and Incís Films we were there. We had the opportunity to join the artist through Barcelona before the last performance of Tristan und Isolde and to get acquainted with a world opera figure. She told us about her relationship with Barcelona, how she prepares before a performance, the sensations she experiences when she is on stage and also how the relationship with the audience is.
Ignasi Cambra is a young Barcelonian pianist known internationally for his virtuosity and the admiration that awakens. The audiovisual compiles a conversation with the interpreter, who prepares a collaboration with the pianist Maria João Pires that takes place at L’Auditori de Barcelona. The warmth and proximity that describe Ignasi are present in the report.
In this third report, we meet Pablo Heras-Casado and Javier Perianes, two Andalusian musicians who have set themselves the challenge of demonstrating that popular culture is not at odds with high culture. We spoke with them on one of their interpretations of the Piano Concerto n. 3 by Béla Bartók, together with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, at El Palau de la Música.
